General Aircraft Charter Terms and Conditions 2024

1. Booking and Reservation

  • Reservation Confirmation: A booking request is considered confirmed only when a formal charter agreement is signed and a deposit is received.
  • Deposit Requirements: A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. The amount will be specified in your charter agreement.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is due prior to the commencement of the charter. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and other specified methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges may apply based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled departure:
    • More than 48 hours before departure:  50 % refund minus administrative fees.
    • Within 48 hours of departure: Partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances and the terms outlined in the charter agreement.
  • Cancellation by Safe Fly Aviation: Safe Fly Aviation reserves the right to cancel any charter due to operational issues, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

3. Changes to Itinerary

  • Client Requests: Changes to the itinerary must be requested in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes affecting flight time, destination, or aircraft type.
  • Operational Changes: Safe Fly Aviation reserves the right to change the itinerary or aircraft due to operational, safety, or regulatory requirements. We will notify clients promptly and offer alternative arrangements.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Passengers must carry valid identification and travel documents as required by the destination’s regulations.
  • Luggage: Luggage must comply with the weight and size limits specified in the charter agreement. Excess luggage may incur additional charges.
  • Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all safety instructions provided by the crew. Safe Fly Aviation reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who violate policies or behave inappropriately.

5. Aircraft and Crew

  • Aircraft Standards: Safe Fly Aviation ensures that all aircraft meet rigorous safety standards and are operated by licensed and experienced pilots.
  • Crew: Our flight crews are trained professionals committed to providing a safe and comfortable travel experience. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and safety procedures.

6. Safety and Security

  • Safety Compliance: All flights adhere to safety regulations set by relevant aviation authorities. Passengers are required to follow safety instructions and procedures.
  • Security Screening: Passengers and baggage may be subject to security screening as per aviation regulations.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • Liability: Safe Fly Aviation is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, air traffic control delays, or emergencies.
  • Insurance: Safe Fly Aviation maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all charter operations. We recommend passengers obtain personal travel insurance for additional coverage.

8. Force Majeure

  • Definition: Safe Fly Aviation is not liable for failure to perform charter services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, or acts of terrorism.
  • Notification: In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify clients as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.
