07:00: Leave Harsil for Phata (Kedarnath ji)
08:00: Arrive in Phata, Change of Helicopter
08:30: Departure from Phata/Sersi for Kedarnath ji
08:40: Arrive at Kedarnath, Priority Darshan
10:45: Depart from Kedarnath ji for Phata
11:00: Arrive at Phata/Sersi, Proceed to Badrinath ji
12:00: Arrive at Badrinath, Attend Puja
15:00: Depart for Dehradun
16:00: Arrive at Dehradun (Sahastradhara)

Char Dham Yatra Helicopter Service – Terms and Conditions:

1. Maximum Capacity: Each helicopter accommodates a maximum of 06 guests* (terms and conditions apply).
2. Inclusive of Service Tax: The charges mentioned above include applicable service tax.
3. Passenger Weight Limit: Total passenger weight must not exceed 320 kg (maximum). The baggage allowance is 5 kg per person.
4. Helicopter Service Charges Only: The mentioned charges cover the helicopter service exclusively. Additional expenses for hotel accommodations, vehicle arrangements, pony services, palki services, and special poojas will apply.
5. Carry-on Baggage: Passengers can carry one small pack weighing up to 5 kg on the flight.
6. Excess Baggage: Excess volume baggage is not permitted on the helicopter flight. We recommend carrying warm clothes as weather conditions can change during the yatra.
7. Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm the current rates in advance.
8. Indicative Schedule: The provided program is meaningful, and the final timing will be communicated one day before the charter. Please note that weather conditions play a crucial role in determining the schedule.
9. Cost Breakdown: The costs mentioned cover aircraft rental, crew salaries, maintenance, insurance, fuel costs, in-flight catering, route navigation charges, and landing and parking charges.
10. Force Majeure: The operator shall not be held liable for non-operation of the charter due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, poor visibility, or non-availability of clearances from ATC/Defense Authorities/Civil Administration.
11. Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be provided if the flight cannot take off from the originating station. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
    • After confirmation: 10% of the total amount
    • Six days before scheduled ETD: 25% of the total amount
    • Four days before expected ETD: 40% of the total amount
    • Three days to 24 hrs. before scheduled ETD: 75% of the total amount
    • 24 hrs. to scheduled ETD: 100% of the total amount
12. Technical Snags and Flight Disruptions: The operator, its agents, staff, or pilots shall not be held responsible for technical obstacles that cannot be rectified within the given timeframe and impact the flight operation. It is advisable to allow extra time in case of adverse weather conditions or extended yatra duration.
13. Payment Details: 100% advance payment can be made via cheque, demand draft (DD), RTGS, or in favor of M/s SAFE FLY AVIATION SERVICES Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi. Payment can also be made in person at 304 G+5 Building, opposite terminal 1 D, IGI Airport, New Delhi – 110037 (12 pm to 04 pm).
14. Guest Liability: The company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by guests, such as missed flight/train tickets, accommodations, or taxis, in the event of flight disturbances caused by weather conditions, technical snags, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to fulfill our obligations, certain factors are beyond our control.
15. Proposed Services: Our Char Dham Helicopter Charter and Do Dham Helicopter Charter services for 2024 are scheduled for May. Specific starting dates will be finalized in March 2024. Helicopter services will be available from Delhi’s IGI Airport Domestic Terminal 1D for Gangotri, Yamunotri, Kedarnath, and Shri Badrinath.
